Added trivia: "I did not know this until recently, but apparently Mr. Wooden and my grandfather (Clem Crowe) were good friends; when my grandfather visited the West coast area after he retired, Mr. Wooden would often take him to lunch. I have the utmost respect for John Wooden and for the character he not only exudes personally, but has instilled in countless players."
