Gamecocks Can't Hold Off LSU in Five Set Loss
South Carolina (12-15, 3-14 SEC) came out strong at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center, taking the first two sets, but LSU (18-9, 11-6 SEC) fought back and claimed the final three sets in a five-set win 22-25, 24-26, 25-21, 25-21, 15-6 on Sunday afternoon.
